The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of judgment dated 01.10.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in RSA-2758-2010. 2.

In compliance of the judgment dated 01.10.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in RSA-2758-2010, reply by way of affidavit dated 28.06.2023 of Vishal Parashar, Block Development & Panchayat Officer, Barwala, District Panchkula, along with Annexures R-1

-2to R-3), filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 and compliance affidavit dated 16.08.2023 of Charanjeet Singh, Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Kami, Block Barwala, Tehsil & District Panchkula, filed on behalf respondent No.3, were already taken on record.

The relevant paragraph No.3 of the aforesaid reply dated 28.06.2023 is reproduced as under:- "3.

That in pursuance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court and after final verdict given by Hon'ble Courts, the consultation was done with Survey of India and whole area/land was surveyed through drone system by the concerned surveyor/officials of Survey of India. After such drone survey and in compliance of its report/map, demarcation was done and specific property IDs have been created/allotted as far as land of Johar/pond is concerned as well as surrounding area. It is submitted that Property Id no. 48 has been allotted for the Johar/pond and same has been registered in favour of Gram Panchayat, Kami, Block Barwala, Panchkula in revenue records accordingly. The true copy of Drone Map' and 'Registration Deed' is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1 and R-2, for the kind consideration of this Hon'ble Court. Thus the present contempt petition become infructuos."

A perusal of same shows that judgment dated 01.10.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in RSA-2758-2010 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since judgment dated 01.10.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in RSA-2758-2010, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged.
