"the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.114 dated 02.10.2011 registered at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar under Sections 323/324 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioner are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
