The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the instrument of partition dated 24.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 20.09.2019 (Annexure P-2). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the instant Writ Petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
