On asking of the court, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court accepts notice and submits that the prosecution has already examined 25 out of 28 witnesses and only three formal witnesses remain to be examined.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to trial Court to dispose of the trial of the case at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
