This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 487 dated 08.07.2017 under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Samalkha district Panipat. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 08, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 08, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
