The only prayer made in the present revision petition is for maintaining status quo qua possession till the decision of the appeal by the Appellate Authority.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that he would have no objection if status quo is maintained till the decision of the appeal, provided the appeal itself is decided by the Appellate Authority in a timebound manner. 3.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from today and not grant any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. It is made clear that till the decision of the appeal by the Appellate Authority, status quo as it exists today shall be maintained.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
