Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct proper and fair inquiry/investigation of the complaint (Annexure P1). Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that as per medicolegal report, there are total ten injuries, out of which three are grievous, but the police authorities have not registered FIR under the appropriate provisions of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel further contended that for the said purpose, petitioner has made complaint/representation dated 20.02.2019 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala, but still no action has been taken thereon.
