By virtue of the instant petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has sought appropriate direction(s) to respondent No.2 and 3 to protect his life and liberty at the hands of private respondent Nos.4 and 5.

The instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in representation dated November 26, 2016 (Annexure P-2) and if some substance is found, to take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
