(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the basis of a complaint UID No. 1195940 dated 20.09.2017 filed by Seema respondent No.5, the petitioners have appeared before respondent No.3 i.e. ADCP/CAW & C. Cell Women Police Station, Ludhiana and have been appearing regularly as and when called.

The prayer of the present petitioners is that in case the Women Cell deems it appropriate to register an FIR against them, they may not be arrested without giving them notice in advance.
