(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3 to take action against respondents No.4 to 6 for misappropriation of panchayat funds of Rs.6,43,614/- and to take action upon representation dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-2), submitted by the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.
