(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case F.I.R. No. 0008 dated 13.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) registered at Women Police Station Panipat under Sections 376-D/328/506 IPC and under Section 3⁄4/5 of MTP Act and Section 6 of POCSO Act. Learned State counsel has informed the Court that in compliance of order dated 01.12.2016, petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and submitted bail bonds. Further the charges had also been framed on 15.04.2017. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
