(Oral) At this stage, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the respondent does not intend to pursue the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and want to withdraw the same, but however, on account of stay granted by this Court, he could not do so. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent today gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, before learned Trial Court, within a period of seven days from today onwards.

TA-596-2024 In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
