DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) CRM-5710-2023 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for withdrawal of the main case on the ground that as now he has been engaged by the petitioner, but some facts are found to be missing in the main petition which was filed by the earlier counsel. He prays for withdrawal of the main petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Though the main case is listed for 16.3.2023, but keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main case is preponed to today.

CRM-M-23248-2022 Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid granted.
