RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0116, dated 30.04.2021, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 354, 427, 452, 506 IPC and Section 3 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Mundkati, Palwal.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
