(ORAL) This is the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing respondents no.1 to 5 to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioner from respondents no. 6 to 9. In this regard the petitioner has also moved a representation dated 26.09.2018 ( Annexure P-1), however, till date no action has been taken by respondent No.3 on the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.3 be directed to look into the representation dated 26.09.2018 ( Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, learned Sr. DAG, Punjab who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
