The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of criminal complaint bearing No.COMA-80-2019 dated 17.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) filed under Sections 12, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.
