Dated Police Station Sections 15.03.2024 Sadar Ferozepur, 18(a), 25, 27A of NDPS Act, Section 25 of District Ferozepur Arms Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act and Section 11/12 of Aircraft Act added later on) The petitioner incarcerated upon his arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail. 2.

Counsel for the State on instructions from SI Sukhdev Singh, opposes the present bail petition on the ground that petitioner is convicted for possessing 25 kg of Heroin.
 After arguing for considerable time and facing strict opposition from the State, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh after completion of custody of three months in the present FIR. 4.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh after completion of custody of three months in the present case. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
