(Oral) The petitioners seek grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.0062 dated 30.06.2016 under Sections 307, 324, 323, 341, 34 IPC (Sections 308, 326 and 379 IPC added later on) registered with Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar (Rural) (Annexure P-1).

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that In furtherance of the order dated May 26, 2022, passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Trial Court and order dated 04.06.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar has been placed on record.

In view of the above, the interim order dated May 26, 2022, is made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
