Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent(s) to furnish the requisite information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the "R.T.I. Act"). 2.

Record reveals that the petitioner has already filed a second appeal under the R.T.I. Act before the State Information Commission, Haryana, which is currently pending consideration. Accordingly, in the event the petitioner has any grievance regarding the non-supply of the desired information or the non-adjudication of his second appeal, he is at liberty to approach the State Information Commission in the first instance for the redressal of such grievance.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed, with liberty (supra) to the petitioner.
