By virtue of the instant petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has sought appropriate direction(s) to respondent No.2 and 3 to protect his life and liberty at the hands of private respondents. 4.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though representation dated September 01, 2016 (Annexure P-3) was moved to Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, but till date, no action has been taken.
