******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take legal action in accordance with law against respondents No.4 to 7 while considering his representation dated 22.08.2018 (Annexure P-2). It appears from the copy of medico-legal report produced on file that petitioner has suffered simple injuries and the provisions of Section 323 IPC are attracted. The offence being non-cognizable, petitioner can avail other legal remedies like filing of criminal complaint before the Illaqa Magistrate.
Disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
