Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 729 dated 7.10.2017, registered under Section(s) 147, 148, 186, 353, 283 & 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sector 10, Gurugram. Allegations against the petitioner and his co-accused that they were stopped at a nakka point by the police and Sunny was armed with pistol. Sunny lost his temper and took out the pistol in the middle of the road. The complainant and his staff tried to stop him but the petitioner and his co-accused created a jam for half an hour. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that one of the co-accused has already been admitted to regular bail by the learned trial Judge.
