On 23.08.2023 the following order was passed : "On 16.01.2020 the following order was passed : "At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to explore the possibility of amicable settlement with respondent No.1. Notice of motion for 30.04.2020. Petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- as litigation expenses to the respondent on her appearance before this Court. He shall also file an affidavit detailing therein all the moveable and immovable properties owned by him and his parents, his avocation and income from all sources before the next date of hearing. Meanwhile, the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance, which is due till date, before the Registry of this Court within a period of six weeks."

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks some time to get his instructions. On his request, adjourned to 28.11.2023."

Today learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner did not contact him and he has no instructions from him. 3.
As per office report, notice could not be issued to the respondents as process fees was not deposited by the petitioner. 4.
Thus, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
