(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions for conducting fair and impartial investigation in case bearing FIR No. 0262 dated 14.09.2023 registered under Sections 304-B, 34 and 498-A (323 added later on) at Police Station Sadar Palwal, District Palwal. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
