The State counsel on instructions from ASI Tejinder Singh submits that after completion of investigation, the police presented cancellation report and now the same has been accepted by the Presiding Officer, National Lok Adalat on 14th May, 2022 and as such the present petition has become infructuous. The copy of the aforesaid order is taken on record.

This fact has not been refuted by counsel for respondents No.5, 6 and 8.
