CM No.15350 of 2015 This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition as it is stated to have been rendered infructuous. The relief broadly has been granted to the petitioners as they have been given regular promotions as Head Constables from the deemed date by the office order dated December 10, 2013 (P-20). However, no monetary benefits have been granted to which the petitioners are satisfied. Since regular promotions have been granted the petitioners want to withdraw this petition. The application is supported by an affidavit of Kulbir Chand petitioner No.1 on behalf of both the petitioners.
