DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the 'Kalandra' dated 31.8.2018 (Annexure P-1). Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sukhdev Singh submits that the petitioner has already been discharged on 13.11.2018 by the SDM, Abohar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
