It is clear from perusal of order dated 15.03.2016 that this court was not inclined to accept the prayer made in the petition. Besides petitioners no. 1 & 4 are stated to be proclaimed offenders.

Today after arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage.
