NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel contends that in compliance of the order, dated 10.12.2014, the petitioner did appear before the learned trial Court and admitted to ad-interim bail vide order, dated 13.12.2014.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Wakil Singh of Police Station, Ajitwal, District Moga, has not controverted the above submissions.

In view of the above, interim directions issued vide order, dated 10.12.2014 are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to appear before the learned trial Court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
