Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent-workman had been reinstated vide order annexure R-2/1 annexed with the written statement. The workman, thereafter, continued in service for some time and ultimately voluntarily sought retirement. Retiral benefits were also paid to the workman.

Counsel, thus, submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel further Stated that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed.
