RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to register cross case in FIR No.14 dated 25.02.2023, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sanaur, District Patiala, against respondents No.4 and 5 and their unknown associates, who caused serious injuries to the petitioners. It is further prayed for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to decide and take action on the representation, dated 20.04.2023, Annexure P-3, filed by the petitioners.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners would be satisfied if their representation, dated 20.04.2023, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
