(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to direct resondent No.3 to file report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. after conducting fair investigation in case FIR No.109 dated 17.08.2016 registered under Sections 420, 379, 427, 447, 506, 353 and 511 IPC at Police Station Division No.2, District Pathankot, against respondent No.4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ramesh Kumar, submitting reply, contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has already been filed.
