RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Jagjit Singh in a case arising from FIR No.150 dated 25.06.2018 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda.
Learned State counsel submits that trial against the petitioner is at the fag end inasmuch as entire prosecution witnesses have been examined. Now case is fixed for 22.1.2020 for final order. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
