******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.24 dated 03.03.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 452 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur. Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have since surrendered before the trial Court and are now facing trial. Petitioners were summoned to face trial on the application of prosecution under Section 319 Code of Criminal Procedure.
