(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 28.04.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Amritsar-I, order dated 24.05.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Collector, Amritsar and order dated 31.01.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Financial Commissioner Appeals, Punjab. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their pleas in a civil suit for declaration, which is stated to have been filed by the petitioners and if need be, by amending the suit in accordance with law.
