This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of order dated 02.04.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed in application bearing No. CRM-7502-2021 dated 18.05.2021 directing the police officials to register a case and as a consequence of which, FIR No.87 dated 11.04.2022 under Sections 177, 199, 200, 420, 120-B IPC (Sections 419, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 474 IPC deleted subsequently), at Police Station Division No.5, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana was registered and also for quashing of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., i.e Challan dated 22.11.2022 and order dated 27.02.2023 vide which charges have been framed against the petitioner.
