RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioners in case FIR No.43 dated 04.03.2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 465, 468 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala. According to the prosecution, petitioners formed a gang of ten persons, who cheated and defrauded complainant Kanwaljit Singh Kapoor for `23,51,750/- on false pretext of proving him plot. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that grouse of the complainant has been fully satisfied by making him complete payment.

Learned State counsel admits that co-accused of the petitioners has satisfied the claim of the complainant.
