SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to protect the lives and personal liberty of the petitioners and also directing respondents No.4 to 12 not to interfere in the personal lives and liberty of the petitioners.

Learned State counsel would inform that a representation dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P.5) has been received in the office of official respondents, which will be looked into and decided within a stipulated period of three days. In the light of statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition, at this stage to await the decision.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal remedy in the light of notification No.12/252/2023-4HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Government of Haryana.
