The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to release vehicle bearing registration No.HR-38-Z-0542. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that petition may be disposed in terms of order dated 12.03.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-5962-2026 titled as 'Kaviraj Vs. State of Haryana and Ors.". 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner would deposit challan amount i.e. Rs.1,19,000/-, however, may not be asked to pay sundry charges.

Disposed of in terms of Kaviraj (supra). It is made clear that petitioner would not be asked to pay sundry charges. 5.
