**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.89 dated 07.11.2015, under Sections 498-A, 506 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Amritsar City.

Litigation expenses of `25,000/- has been handed over to the complainant.

In the present case an attempt was made for amicable settlement between the parties by this Court. Petitioner has also met his son, namely, Arav on number of occasions during the pendency of this petition but the amicable settlement between the parties is not possible as of today. CRM-M-42078-2015 -2Keeping in view the fact that all the recoveries have been effected in the present case, order dated 11.12.2015, passed by this Court whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
