CRM-M-42137-2017 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to take action against respondents No. 4 to 6 and their accomplices in case FIR No. 179 dated 20.10.2017, registered under Sections 323, 324, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Hoshiarpur and to add offences under Sections 307, 326 & 298 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 30.10.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, but the same remained unattended till now.
