(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioners, who had been working with respondent No.3Rao Pahlad Singh Group of Institutions Engineering Management as Assistant Professors, had resigned in the months of August and September, 2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that although respondent No.3 issued 'No Due Certificate' in favour of the petitioners, but their dues of salary and dues of provident fund have not been paid and nor the respondent has issued any experience certificate. It has further been submitted that although the petitioners have submitted representation on 27.6.2020 (Annexure P-4) in this regard but no action has been taken thereupon.

( 2 ) CWP-11325-2020 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Rao Pahlad Singh Group of Institutions Engineering Management to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 27.6.2020 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law and in case anything is found due to be paid or any other step is to be taken, then the needful be done within a period of three months from today. It is further directed that respondent No.3 shall dispose of the representation by speaking order within the aforesaid period, so that the petitioners are not constrained to knock at the doors of the Courts again for implementation of this order.
