******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner is challenging cancellation of his bail vide order dated 17.09.2018 in case bearing FIR No.28 dated 17.01.2015 registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 303 read with Section 34 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code and 25 of Arms Act.

Petition seeking quashing of the impugned order is not maintainable. However, the petitioner may avail other legal remedies available to him.

Dismissed with above observation.
