In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to take action in accordance with law against respondents No. 4 to 8 on the complaint dated 27.03.2017 (Annexure P-5) and to register a case against the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, is directed to get completed the enquiry from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, North Commissionerate, Jalandhar, in view of complaint Annexure P-5, a copy of which was addressed to the Director General of Police, Punjab. 3.
In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, is directed to get the enquiry completed from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, North Commissionerate, Jalandhar, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
