Through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of detenue Varseena. Learned State counsel submits that detenue has been recovered and has been produced in Court today by ASI Fateh Singh. She has stated at bar that she is not willing to live with petitioner and has solemnised marriage with respondent No.4, who is accompanying her.
