**** Anil Kshetarpal, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for directing the respondents to release him on emergency parole for treatment of his wife, who is stated to be suffering from stomach tuberculosis.

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 29.05.2025, State of Haryana has filed the status report contending that the petitioner's wife is not critical or serious and she has not visited Aman Hospital, Panipat since 02.12.2024 from where she is getting treatment. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to consider the petitioner's application for emergency parole. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
