**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.266 dated 08.05.2001, registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Rajpura, District Patiala. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner stands acquitted by the learned trial Court vide judgment dated 27.07.2022.

In view of the above, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
