RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioners, by way of instant petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeks quashing of FIR No.196 dated 6.10.2012 under Sections 420/272 IPC and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act,1955 registered at Police Station City, Muktsar and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the case for some time, submits that in view of the reply filed by way of affidavit dated 14.3.2015, he does not intend to press this petition any further. He seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the possible pleas available to them, during the course of trial. Permission is granted.
