*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 01.10.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Sanjay Kumar has affirmed the factum of joining investigation and submits that he is not required now.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 01.10.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
