(ORAL) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Prabhjit Singh, has stated that all the accused in FIR No.279 dated 23.11.2012, registered under Sections 307/120-B and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana, have been acquitted by learned trial Court, vide judgment dated 17.01.2017.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructous.
